The room size was smaller than I anticipated. The layout included an unnecessary corridor area. Housekeeping consistently moved my personal items during their cleaning routine! it was a bit annoying.

I found the location convenient. It was very near the train station. The staff were cordial and helpful, which i appreciated. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The room had a king bed and a single bed.

The hotel provides complimentary water bottles daily, a detail i found thoughtful. Daily cleaning service ensured the room remained super clean and organised. The decor creates a cute atmosphere. I appreciated the design choices.

The breakfast selection included many options and the team organizing it was super efficient. The location is quite near the train station, about a short walk. I had a good customer service experience .
The name sign of the hotel was too small, so it was hard to see.
